i have a lowrance main unit and a garmin on the trolling motor and they totally screw with each other.if they are both on neither will read depth. i have to turn one off to use the other but alot less expensive than trying to keep up with technology. my stuff is only a couple of years old maybe its just my set up. i guess other equipment can act differently. but my stuff isnt broke so im not fixing it i dont think the fish mind if i use one or the other.
