Wayne Indiana | Don't know what Tuffy you have, but if you have the black port holes in the front bow, you can take the screws out of those, remove the tubes and gain access to the inside of the bow....same way you would when you install and mount a trolling motor. I would say you probably just need a few new bigger and thicker washers on the inside. Take off the nuts, add some thicker and and bigger washers and you should be good to go. I had this happen to a boat I owned several years ago and the problem was fixed when I added the bigger diameter and thicker washers. |
