Ok here's the skinny...
Guy at Kremer said alignment was pretty good. They made a very small adjustment. The axel was also in good conidtion.
He suspects over capacity or too much weight for the tires.
I had Carlisle tires not Marathons. ST205 / 75R14
My spare was a marathon so there's the confusion.

Seeing as the late 90's 690s had dual axel trailer I suspected it has been an issue in the past and that's why they switched to 4 tires instead of 2. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's my logic.
After talking to the guy at Kremer, there aren't any options to increase load capacity with a 14" rim. so, I decided to switch to 15" to get a higher load tire.

Anyone need 3 14" rims?
