Location: Hayward, WI		The "tilt" range is only for idle speed only, the "trim" range is use under power. The trim range is from all the way in out approx 15 degrees, above that is tilt range. If trim is not holding under power: loosen and retighten manual release valve, check fluid level, if still has issues replace trim/tilt unit.
