Location: Kodiak, AK		Very common issue. I have to turn mine over when I launch. I have to turn the prop aft when I launch so it slides off the trailer. I had to mount it at an angle such that the head hangs over the side, but I had to balance it with hitting the winch tower. I happens.

Mine isn't on a plate. Just gotta find the sweet spot.
