Hey guys,

I just picked up a side imaging humminbird. I need to mount the transducer on the boat and was wondering if anybody had any input as to the best location to get the best performance?
Also i have heard of guys running a seperate ducer for high speed readings. Is it really necessary ffor me to purchase another one or.can i properly place mine to perform at high and low speeds?

Any info much appreciated. Pics would be awesome. Feel free to email me. Bowtech162@yahoo. Com.

Headed to vermilion for a week on Friday and would love to have this unit up and running.

Thanks,

Bob
