take it to dorn midvale...if it's that old while he's fixing it have him clean the brushes in it...i had him do that to mine and now i have 20% more power and battery life...it's back to almost new...was well worth the $


What BN said. If the older guy is still working on them at Dorn's, he really knows his stuff. I had similar issues three years ago, he fixed it and it has been working great ever since.
