Location: North/Central WI		As far as I know...that is a completely normal sound. Typically occurs at low rpm after motor gets warm from running. My last boat had a 60hp 4 stroke merc and that and every other one like that I have heard made the same sound. My buddy had his checked out by 2 different shops and both said its normal and not to worry about it.
