Location: Stevens Point, WI | This maybe somewhat of a dumb question, but have you plugged the adapter into the US2 and then into the Elite-5 and tried to power it on? Perhaps that cable provides power to the unit.
PS-This would NOT be a Lowrance issue. Minn Kota makes the trolling motor and the adapter cable. Why would Lowrance know? This is a Minn Kota product that is built by them and offered by them, NOT Lowrance. I don't blame them for not knowing, it's not a product they'd even know about.
