Yeah, that's the beauty of an on board multi bank charger. Each bank is 12V but they are all isolated from each other so you can connect them to batteries in series to charge each battery to 12V no matter how many are in series. It's like having a seperate charger for each battery. You can also charge them with a 24V charger if you connect to the outside terminals (not where the batteries are connected to each other). But good luck finding a 24V charger with the current capabilities you need at a price you can afford. Also with a 24V charger you are charging them both equally which they may or may not need. If you have any 12V accessories attached to one of the series batteries it can bleed that battery down more than the other so they need different levels of maintenance.
