Are you sure it is water and not gas getting into the oil? Have seen quite a few that would get gas in the oil but never water in the oil. With the ones that got gas in the oil hotter thermostats help, as does running ring free in your gas and running the he!! out of it for a couple of hours. This was mainly a problem with the rings not seating properly from the motor not being broke in properly, if they where never ran hard and the rings did not seal it will allow some gas to get into the oil.
