Location: Sun Prairie, WI		If theres power to the motor and nothing happens I would bet on the motor. I you remove the motor from the pump and apply power will it run. im no expert but can usually figure these things out by trial and error. I had a similar problem a couple years ago on my 89 75hp mariner and found it easier and cheaper to buy a used trim unit off ebay.
