I got lucky with the console on my Ranger 681; the wrap-around carpet came off in one piece so I was able to save this for a pattern. A few other key pieces worked out this way as well. I say save the old carpet for patterns wherever you can!

Also, Mark, what type of adhesive do you use on the lids? I was planning on using contact cement for that part. Is there a better alternative?
