Location: 31		For me it was a no-brainer to go with a Yamaha, even though I know mercury makes a fine product as well.

I can't really give you an informed opinion on the 60 hp, but certainly can on the Yamaha T9.9. I have had two T-8s, and both of them performed and operated flawlessly after hundreds of hours of muskie trolling. I currently have a T9.9 and that motor is basically the T8 with about 20% more horsepower.
