I would go with PYLE marine audio equipment. Check Nextag and Amazon for your best prices. I would go with an amp and get the speakers to match the watts. 4 speakers at 200 watts per speaker and you will put everyone to shame. Your biggest cost will be for the sirius compatible radio. With the amp, you will not only "Rock" but you will feel the thump. No problem rocking in my rig at WOT.

Always hook all your accessories to the cranking battery. You will also have to do some fuse upgrading for your new toy. If you are worried about draining your cranking battery, store a cheap set of jumper wires in your boat and it wont be a problem. I have never had the cranking battery drain all the way down even with the amp on all day long.
