Location: Germantown, WI		you were right TJ....even though it looked like the file was on the card. i had to open the file, and save it to the card...which looks like it brought down 2 more files....now it updating my unit as we speak....looks like it should work.
I'm a happy man!

tj- if i was running 3.0 for last year and missed 1-2 updates, will i notice anything much different to the unit today? run a little faster at all... or is all that with the gen 2 units.
