Location: Germantown, WI		i'm having trouble getting the 4.1 upgrade to take? is there a problem that i'm using an old 3.0 version and might have missed a few updates in process? do i need to go back and install old ones?

doesn't seem like my unit is recognizing the card? is there a way to force it to read card and run from the unit, if it doesn't recognize it when i just turn unit on?

any other trouble shooting suggesions would be appreciated.
