Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Any of the V Hull Esox Deep V G Series Models would fit your needs.Your description fits the 1700 Esox Deep V well. The 1760 would be a larger boat, same layout and handling but a bit better in the big stuff. The X190 would be a perfect fit.
The 1700 Esox Deep V used is teens to twenty K with a motor that will troll down, I'd suggest a Pro Kicker. X190 is tough to find used, new would be thirties somewhere and you will need a kicker.
The new 2012 1760 T would be a great choice if you want a tiller, watch for it available in an new model tricked out with sonars, trolling motor, Polyflake, flush cleats, custom trailer with fiberglass fenders and aluminum mags, led lights, ratchet tie downs, brakes, and more, and the hull optioned to the max with a 75 4 stroke for under 30K pretty nicely decked out. That rig will be introduced at the NW Show in Minneapolis, see Joe Carlson at Grandpa Joe's Marine at the show. |
