Subject: Trailer winch





Location: Des Moines IA		The winch on my trailer failed last trip out last year so I bought a new one. When I went to replace it, I noticed the one I bought was bigger than the original. Boat weighs around 2000 but the winch was rated for 1300 ? Is that normal?
