Is the process the same for an older Maxxum? Mine is loose/bad, and when we tighten the snot out of it will stay for awhile, then the shaft starts to slide down. Also, is it normal on this motor for the prop body to turn (flop down) so easily on the shaft when you pull the motor up to stow? In other words, the minute we pull the motor out of the water, the heavy end of the prop turns downward, and we have to finagle the foot pedal to turn it horizontal to slide up on the ramp. The cable inside the head seems good and snug, and we've adjusted it both ways and the prop doesn't tighten. Will a new collar fix both problems, or are they two separate issues? Thanks
