Location: Stevens Point, WI | I'd suggest going with the base map unit and buying a Navionics chip or even the new Lowrance Insight HD & Pro card. You will be amazed on the maps the Lowrance cards will have, plus it's only $99.

Just so you know, mapping is mostly done by third parties, so you'll be surprised on how good these maps look for less money!
