Location: Stevens Point, WI		You shouldn't need a serial number. It should say what it is, Tempest Plus, and the pitch should be written 21 p or 23 p etc. If the prop is on a fishing boat, it won't be a counter rotation prop. Those are for ski boats, multi-engine setups and saltwater rigs.
