Location: Stevens Point, WI		The Baron is a HUGE boat and considerable larger than your Fisherman. I don't think you'd want to do much casting out of it, imo. It's meant as a big water boat mainly for trolling/cruising. It's very high sided so in order to figure 8, you'd need at least an 8ft rod.

I'd highly suggest trying to get out in one so you can get a sense of the boat before you'd buy.
