how did you take out the bait well? is it not one moulded piece?


Mine had three or four screws holding it on the top side. Then take out the drain that goes into live well, unhook the inlet hose and it should come out. I then used a tackle storage unit to put in the hole in the side wall and cover hole in deck with alum. after adding braces.
I put a brace on transom and one on deck then added alum plates. It worked great. When I went walleye fishing I took out the plates and put the bait well back in. It was nice. That bait well is a waste of space as far as I am concerned. Just taking that out will add some room.
