I would say it depends on the demand for that particular boat in your area and what amount you consider giving it away at? What year is it? It looks like a nice, clean, well-kept boat. Even without any components I think you could make out pretty well.

You could also get some smaller, lesser model trolling motors/gas motors/electronics from Craigslist, here, other websites. I don't know how much of a profit you would actually make after going through all that trouble, but I think I would help it sell quicker.
