If you're anything like me, there are always little problems with the fit of the cover, or gromets that rust and tear out and other stuff. Recently I found a great new gaget that can fix lots of cover fitting problems or other things. They are called Tarp Clamps, designed to be used with emergency blankets to attatch 2 together or to give you a place to tie off. I used them this past week to replace a gromet, and after attaching a bunji cord, I pulled as hard as I could and it never budged. I also had a problem with my cover not covering the head of the trolling motor, and squirrels were going in the opening and eating apples in my boat. One clamp on each side of the head and 2 criss-crossed bunjis, and the opening was gone. Use them with your boat cover, tarp, tent....anything. These things are great at giving you a place to tie off or secure them with anything. You'll find lots of uses, I did. Get them on-line at www.cheaperthandirt.com
