I put a new Terrova on my 618VS this Spring. The previous owner must have had one mounted in the past as the hole pattern was already drilled in the bow. The frame extends 4-5" past the right side of the bow. Problem is that at certain landings the bow drops straight down when launching the boat and the Terrova frame strikes the Rangertrail bow roller. Would a quick-release bracket solve this problem or does the bracket stick out as far as the TM? Looking for an alternative to re-drilling the mounting holes in the boat.
Thanks
John Ross
