Can't get your link to refer to what you are needing but I assume it is a manual motor lift (large handle). This is the best option and can be bought at places like Bass Pro, Cabela's etc. Another option is a jack plate. Normally these are for mouning a long shaft on a short shaft transom (raising motor). There are adjustable and non-adjustable. You could use an adjustable plate and drill your own holes slightly lower and use the lowest setting. On the non-adjustable sometimes you can flip them upside down. Normally they have a 4" setback and could be used with a clamp type motor. However, in either case you need to have clearance from from the top and back of the transom for clamps, controls, turning etc.
