Location: Sw Pennsylvania		I've dealt with a few ceased bearings on vehicles and trailers before. The best luck i had with removing them with taking a grinder and notching grooves on the top of the bearing race and using a chisel to smack them and try to spin them off. It sounds like you may need to look into a new axle.
