I run a 1996 Champion 191 DCX-Elite with a 150 Merc that does/has all of what you want...although I don't know what you mean by slow speeds in #5 and the top end is only 55 mph? I've contemplated selling it to go to a 620/621 so I can fish Lake Superior, too, but can't justify it quite yet because I musky fish 98% of the time and the boat I have now is a great fishing platform 98% of the days I musky fish...and the girlfriend wants a ring...that's the real reason!
