Location: Uxbridge Ontario		The contact button on the boats get stressed and or corroded over time and just stop working properly. You can usually get them to work intermittently for a while, but they will be toast soon.

Time for a new peddle, or you can replace the board like mentioned above. Peddle is around $100, the board is about $60. I just picked up a new board today.
