Thanks for the replies everyone. The plugs have been changed and the amount of spark was checked by a mechanic. It idles ok - a little shake. The rpms are low. I will pull the plugs today and see if they are gummed up again already. The motor was just rebuilt and had been running on double oil. Would it run great when cold then bad when hot if the carbs were screwed up?
