+1 on adjusting the winch post. When the boat is on the trailer, those bow rollers support the entire front of the boat and should allow the keel of the hull to rest on them without any more downward pressure on them. When a trailer is set up, the boat would be resting there and the winch post is brought to the bow and adjusted so that the winch strap pulls down on the bow when the strap is tightened up....but it should only pull down a touch AFTER the bow has hit the bow stop, just to keep the bow down in the bow stop. There should be no extra pressure put on the middle rollers to pull the bow down to the winch post. That extra pressure will destroy your rollers quickly, and puts undo stress on your keel, which over time, could actually do damage to both boat and trailer...
