Hi,

Couple ideas would be to run the motor on the muffs and move it up and down with the tilt and trim and side to side to try to replicate the fuse blowing, my guess is you have a power wire that is rubbed through somewhere and it is shorting out somewhere near the motor. wiggle wires near the battery connection could be a loose one arcing. good luck these gremlins are tough.
