thanks for all the info guys. definetly have some more stuff to check on. the kids are 2 and 5 so floor space is a premium. i would rather sacrifice front deck space for floor space. not like i'm running laps up there or anything. and i can always have bob build me a box to extend the front for when they join on the deck. thanks again guys.
