Location: Ontario		T.J. was right on the money for me and he was correct with the fact that is didnt matter what size card. I downloaded directly onto a 4 gig card, then double clicked on the card and ran the install program. When you run it, the system might default you back to your C drive, make sure you navigate back to the SD card and set that as the location.

I did this today and installed on both my units in around 2-3 minutes each.
