I believe that motor is fuel injected yes?

Have you replaced the spark plugs? Might as well start with something easy, and good preventative maintenance. In most cases, when a spark plug goes, it starts to misfire which can cause multiple things, bogging being one of them..

If anything, pull the plugs and see what they look like. if they are dark and sooty, you have an environment where it is not burning cleanly: i.e bad spark plug or somehow running rich.

I would say start with new plugs anyway since you have done the filter and fluids. The only other thing I would think you could try is to get a can of the pressurized sea foam and find an intake that would allow you to do a deep cleaning of the cylinder chamber, and clean out all the carbon build up.(do this before you change plugs) Again, something to try, but usually most 4 stroke engines don't need that kind of cleaning, given all other things are up to spec.
