test that corner for power and ground .if your missing one ,you have to trace back to next exposed area towards power and ground sorce.if you do have power and ground at the socket ,the socket contact to bulb or bulb are bad .it sounds like a general discription but its a hard thing to talk threw without looking at it .where do you live.
