Location: Iowa Great Lakes		The 27 is not an HDS, having run both I love my HDS unit, only dislike is no icons only waypoints. All info is transferable beteween any lowrance/eagle units as far as I know. Took a little time to get to know the new unit of course, same as anything else new and improved.
