I have a '94 Mercury 115. If I have the engine all the way down, it shakes and runs really rough. Idle or wide open. If I'm trolling, I raise the motor up a little ways, and it runs much smoother. Same thing during takeoff. When I floor it from a dead standstill, I start with it all the way down, and trim it up just before I'm planed out. Any ideas?
