you may want to look thru ohio craigslist. I live just north of dayton ( pleasant hill ). I found a nice 95 lund fisherman on craigslist last year from the cleveland area. one owner boat that was well kept for under $7000.00. I don't think the guy reaserched the value of the boat. the way the economy is around here there should be some good deals out there. good luck
