What's the biggest motor u can troll with effectively? 2 stroke and 4 stroke? What about a 115hp 2 stroke or a 150hp 4 stroke. BN have u ever tried trolling that 175hp Suzuki?

Trolling for muskies I dont think you would have trouble with many of the large motors.

I have a 150 Suzook 4 stroke (same big block engine as the 175) and it trolls phenominally. On walleye opener here in MN I trolled with it solely for 5 hrs at speeds of 2.1 to 2.8 mph. It worked flawlessly. I know some have complained about issues with fouling plugs on some of the 2 strokes, but this is not the case with 4 strokes in my experience.
I think that any of the big motors could troll effectively at speeds for muskies so they all should work well, I would be more concerned about them loading up and fouling plugs as some of them have had some problems with that.
