Thanks for the suggetions. Still looking for a more ideal option if anyone would be interested or knows someone where this scenario would work.

In the meantime, I will see what boat options are at Rob's resort for use in the area. I'll think on the creative approaches for adapting the resort boats but struggling a bit with the thought of doing that succesfully but might have to resort to it!
