what model is your minnkota?if it is a v2[it will be designated on the cover] it can be upgraded to a the i-pilot for around $400.if it is an older power drive you are screwed as the control board is not adaptable.a new terrova 80/us2 with i-pilot/45 or 60"shaft with "semi-good guy" discount will cost you $1299 plus freight.they are awesome!!!!!!they make fishing SO much more enjoyable it's amazing,especially for us old kids.
