Location: Stevens Point, WI		ttrap is right. However, when you turn a unit off, the unit that is still on will automatically pick up the transducer it's hooked to. So, say you have both units reading the bow unit, you turn the bow unit off, the HDS-10 will read the transom ducer. This can work vice versa.
