If i were you i would go with Interstate or Walmart brands. I would not go with Trojan, or any other high end battery. I have 4 trojan batteries in my boat right now...the trolling motor batteries are series 27 and I think the starting battery is a 24. This is the start of the 4th season with these batteries and there toast, they say a full charge but drop to 50% after a few hours. They have been religously checked and maintained and topped off when need be and put on the onboard charger right after every use. I think I paid around 150 each...thats 600 bones in batteries, how many walmart or interstates can you buy with 600 and how many years will that carry you? I'd say way more than 3 full seasons. I will say that for the money its a huge mistake and the added cost doesn't buy you any longer battery life.
