Hiya,

Not sure if you would need to disassemble and reassemble this whole thing because since the fins are rubber, the force and direction of the shaft turning (I think..) would essentially cause the fins to set-up correctly in the housing, just due to the friction between the housing and the fin ends themselves. The fins are not all that much larger than the housing itself so it would not take much for them to reorient themselves.
