Really no reason to have 2 primer bulbs. It just adds another spot for a fuel restriction to occur. The more basic you can keep the fuel system the better. You may want to change the inlet side to a 90 degree fitting, hard to tell by the picture but looks like it maybe a spot where the line could kink.
