I have a 2008 Ranger 620T, with a 150hp E-Tec. On the boat it reads max HP 115, max HP with Mertens power steering 150...

In 2009, they bumped the maximum up to 200hp with power steering, only if you are running a Mercury Verado. I believe Mercury is the only set up that has a system for a 200hp.

I asked Frankies Marine if I could upgrade to a 200hp when it's time to upgrade, and they told me absolutely not, even though the hulls are identical from 08-09.
