Location: N.FIB		my guess would be a cut in the wire some where and the ducer needs to be replaced,I just had the same prob on my front depth finder when I turned my trolling motor head way to far(LIKE 360) and it pinched the wire.I knew what I did right away and instantly it started reading 300-400 ft.
